Michael Morgan, REALTOR®
Michael was born in Salisbury, NC and moved to the Lake Norman area at the beginning of 2003 after graduating from East Carolina University with a degree in Geography.
He received his real estate license in 2004. His very first transaction was as a buyer’s agent for a waterfront property and he was hooked after that! In 2005, while he was with ERA Knight Realty, he was awarded the International Rookie of the Year.
He found his real estate ‘home’ in 2008 when he joined RE/MAX. He made a name for himself, quickly becoming known as a top producer and has earned and received many awards and accolades including the Remax Platinum Club, Chairman’s Club as well as being a member of the Remax Hall of Fame.
Michael specializes in Residential as well as Commercial sales in the Lake Norman area. In his limited personal time he enjoys sports and about the only time you will not be able to reach him by phone is when he is attending a Panthers home game.
Jeana Young has over 25 years of experience in the local real estate market. Jeana was born and still resides in the Denver area. She graduated from UNC Charlotte with a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing which leaves her supremely qualified to handle marketing of the teams listings.
Jeana specializes in Residential Sales as well as Tenant Placement for Rental Properties. Most of her free time is spent with she and Michael’s two dogs- Jager a spirited Cockapoo and Smitty an intelligent Husky Shepherd mix as well as their cat Axle.
Dale Morrow is the mastermind of LKN Pros Commercial Division. For over 30 years he has assisted his clients in listing and selling over 100 million dollars in real estate development sales. His fine work can be seen across the nation, however, his passion is the Lake Norman area. Dale’s vast experience includes managing seven major developments and countless smaller projects as well as marketing, sales, leasing and managing commercial properties. His primary focus is acquiring land, obtaining plan approval, overseeing construction as well as obtaining entitlements necessary to begin construction and completing the zoning process- where it has never lost a zoning case!

Chris Sheridan is a Lake Norman Real Estate Agent whose dedication, integrity, and multifaceted skill set have all earned him the reputation as an up-and-coming industry leader. From there, he expanded his creative horizons and started shooting short films and videos and experimenting with photography in 2015. After launching a media production company of his own, he received his FAA Certification as a Part 107 Drone Pilot a year later and switched gears to shooting real estate photography and video for several Lake Norman and Charlotte clients, including LKN Pros. He loved shooting beautiful waterfront luxury homes in the LKN area and made it a point to help local brokers realize that high-quality media is an integral element to the marketing process. It was during that time that he discovered his deep-rooted passion for the real estate industry and learning more about it.
